Shawn Braddock, MEd.,  is a senior instructional systems specialist for the Veterans Affairs National Simulation Center, SimLEARN. She has worked across K12, higher education, industry, government, and healthcare. She has approximately 20 years’ experience in leading educational and technology initiatives as well as authoring policies that support performance improvement, efficiency in learning and development, and exceeding outcomes for mission success. She currently serves as the senior-level advisor/subject matter expert to the Associate Director of Training, SimLEARN, as a national authority in educational program/project planning and development on a national scale at over 150 remote training locations.
