Dr. Rumzie is a registered nurse who currently works as the Innovation Specialist at the Central Arkansas Healthcare System in Little Rock. She holds several degrees including a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Business Administration. In addition, she is a certified Clinical Nurse Leader as well as a Certified Holistic Nurse. Dr. Rumzie started working with Immersive Technology in 2019 at the VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System and has led many pilots and implementation for this modality. Currently, she leads the VA Immersive Community of Practice focused on the use of Immersive Technology for Employee Well-Being.

She is committed to challenge the status quo by embracing innovative practices to improve the lives of Veterans.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and boating with her family, reading, and traveling (anywhere) and anything to do with the Arkansas Razorbacks - Woo Pig Sooie!
